INCITE INNOVATIONS by IDPM

The new offices of Incite Innovations, located at Pavilion Damansara Heights, redefines the modern workspace. Designed by the team at IDPM Studio, this 10,301 sq ft office is a masterful blend of elegance, comfort and innovative design features that reimagines the way of working, collaborations and ideas.

Guided by their ethos, “Elevated Workscapes that Inspire, Connect and Adapt to the Future,” IDPM Studio has created a workspace that caters to diverse work styles while fostering creativity and collaboration. This allowed for the IDPM team to come up with a design that embodies Incite’s core values of adaptability, refinement and forward-thinking innovation, combining aesthetics with a thriving environment.

Upon entering the space, the entrance is nothing short of breathtaking, immediately setting the tone for what lies beyond. At the heart of this grand entrance is a bespoke bronze-gold bar counter, a striking centrepiece that is meticulously designed as a statement piece, and deliberately crafted to highlight the brand’s daring yet elegant personality. Its warm metallic tones and sleek finish reflect a sense of boldness and precision, serving as a subtle nod to Incite’s commitment to innovation and forward-thinking.

The adjacent lounge area feels more like a boutique hotel than a conventional office, redefining the boundaries of workspace design. Thoughtfully curated furniture arrangements strike a delicate balance between comfort and style, blending plush seating with sleek, modern silhouettes.

Strategically designed pockets of seating punctuate the lounge, offering a variety of settings to cater to different needs, from a casual brainstorming session to a quick impromptu meeting. Soft lighting and carefully chosen textures enhance the sense of cosiness, encouraging occupants to linger and engage in meaningful interactions.

This seamless fusion reflects Incite’s commitment to the hybrid work model, where adaptability and flexibility are key. The lounge area not only supports dynamic work styles but also fosters a sense of community and well-being, making it a cornerstone of the design.

A striking orange gradient ceiling is the pièce de résistance that ties the whole space together, one that seamlessly transitions into a wavy, drop-round focal point. The carefully calibrated shades of orange exude energy and warmth, while the ceiling’s fluid, wave-like design serves as a metaphor for the company’s adaptability and forward-thinking philosophy. This works into the brand’s reflection of its commitment to evolving with the ever-changing demands of the modern workplace. It creates a sense of movement, symbolizing progress and creativity, while its sculptural form adds depth and dimension to the room. This bold, dynamic feature not only reinforces Incite’s branding but also injects vitality into the workspace.

For those who require focus and solitude, private pods and quiet corners are seamlessly integrated into the layout.

Meeting rooms are equipped with cutting-edge technology to support the modern demands of hybrid work. Video conferencing systems, interactive displays and seamless connectivity make it easy to transition between virtual and in-person interactions, ensuring that no matter where team members are located, they can collaborate effectively and efficiently. Breakout areas, on the other hand, serve as a much-needed reprieve from the hustle of the workday, encouraging relaxation and organic interaction that promote well-being and strengthen the sense of community within the workplace.

Inspired by the hospitality industry, the team also made sure to include special materials like gradient-effect plexi-glass, gradient paint and deco metal to add texture and depth to the space, creating visual intrigue while maintaining a sense of cohesion. These materials not only elevate the aesthetic but also reflect the workspace’s forward-looking ethos in a welcoming, human-centred environment.
