Opting for an opulent yet clean-cut design, Goldfields Concepts introduced an exclusive look to the space which ultimately sets it apart from other show houses. Additionally, the show house also had its own uniqueness such as higher-than-usual ceilings which gave it a feel of wide spaciousness. Dressed up in Venetian plaster, the section of the ceiling in the living area is even higher in comparison to the rest of the show house.
The overall design of this residence reflects a stunning combination of black, white and gold with a selection of classically lavish materials such as marble and bronze. The living room features articulate detailing that capture the attention of anyone who steps inside the residence. The main highlight of this area is the wall decoration made out of textured three-dimensional glass mosaic tiles that is placed above the television.
The dining area is separated from its surrounding by a border created with specially-arranged floor tiles which is naturally symmetrical with the ceiling. The design team has also added a special arrangement of grey marble slabs with gold veining on the nearby wall that splits the dining room from the dry kitchen.
Meanwhile, the bedrooms have a resort style ambience designed according to hotel specifications. The master bedroom uses imported carpeting from Turkey while wood flooring is used in the other bedrooms for an added touch of warmth. Last but not least, the ceilings of the bedrooms are meticulously designed to reflect visual connectivity to the bed headboards.
