This sci-fi and cyberpunk-influenced club in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur designed by Rice Design Sdn Bhd was first featured in Commercial Concept Volume 13.

ELECTRIFYING TRANSCENDENCE

A striking spectacle of tomorrow brought to life, this pulsating club channels digital metaverses visuals and strong cyberpunk vibes for a frenetic dose of futuristic pleasure.

Welcome to The Future Haus Club, a boundary-breaking space where digital dreams and physical form collide. Rooted in the cutting-edge and electrifying visuals of the Cyber Realm, this project reimagines a sensorial, immersive and future-forward entertainment environment designed to transport visitors into a world where technology, emotion and design beats as one. Inspired by the pulsing energy of neon lights, the glow of LED circuitry and the surreal atmosphere of digital metaverses, not to mention borrowing influences from science fiction and cyberpunk culture, the club balances high-tech drama with a surprisingly inviting aura to create a physical space that feels otherworldly, yet still very much human at its core.

At the heart of this futuristic oasis lies its signature feature: a striking 3D modular structure fused with high-definition LED screens meant to bring the entire space to life. More than just a backdrop, it’s a living, breathing canvas that’s constantly in motion; its light sequences and visual effects shift in real time, reacting to sound, movement and energy. Whether displaying abstract animations, vivid colorscapes or mood-responsive sequences, this feature gives the space a kinetic personality that evolves with every moment. It’s an immersive storytelling device that brings digital art into the physical world, making every visit to the club a unique visual journey.

To achieve such a theatrical vision, the designers employed a custom-engineered 3D modular panel system fabricated from lightweight composite materials selected specifically for their flexibility, durability and precision in form. This modular construction approach afforded the team the ability to sculpt futuristic curves and organic contours, resulting in a seamless integration of physical structure and digital display—a hybrid architecture that reflects the fusion of human creativity and machine intelligence.

If that isn’t enough, the incorporation of futuristic textures, glowing accents and reflective surfaces collectively enhances the overall spatial experience, creating a dreamlike atmosphere where the real and the virtual intermingle. Delving deeper into the physical components, the colour and silhouette of the furniture is kept simple and straightforward in order to avoid a stark clash with all the colourful screen visuals, or better yet, to allow those very visuals to be the centre of attention.
