With such a focused design approach, the property’s structure is not only made solid, but these tactile materials add a sense of homeliness and warmth to the overall contemporary piece of architecture.

At the same time, the large sliding glass doors allow a bit of nature into the home as the lush outdoors become part of the interior through the undraped windows. We can just imagine leaving them wide open throughout the day and inviting a sweet smell of salt waters into the indoor spaces. The casual yet elegant nature of the décor also expresses a modern, relaxed and a slight bohemian character without being too cluttered or excessively layered.

Unmistakably a home for a family who worships the sun, surely Roca Llisa couldn’t be without its chaise lounges in varied sunbed areas. There’s hardly a cloudy day in Ibiza all year round, so why give up the opportunity to lie beside the infinity pool?
