Thoughtfully designed, Roca Llisa was not created based on the growing needs of a recluse family. In fact, the very core of the villa itself was simplicity and the heart of a family hub. Having put together many presumed desires of the current architectural era, the Roca Llisa still stands as an epitome of timeless yet comprehensive take on Mediterranean villas. Evidently more challenging than a common urban property, ARRCC jumped at the opportunity to lean in with its expert eye for details. Speaking of that, all three levels of the villa are splashed with the use of natural organic materials such as timber and stone. With such a focused design approach, the property’s structure is not only made solid, but these tactile materials add a sense of homeliness and warmth to the overall contemporary piece of architecture.
Unmistakably a home for a family who worships the sun, surely Roca Llisa couldn’t be without its chaise lounges in varied sunbed areas. There’s hardly a cloudy day in Ibiza all year round, so why give up the opportunity to lie beside the infinity pool? In fact, the vantage overlooking the crystal clear Mediterranean seas is given due justice, thanks to the very ingenious use of durable glass as banisters that would not stop house guests from losing themselves in this beautiful moment in time. On top of that, there’s a sunken outdoor lounge in sight that promises guests the perfect spot for watching the sun as well as an exciting evening ahead.
