Hints of gold and emerald blue elements add both colour and personality to the abode, creating a dynamic visual when set against the more neutral colours of its palette. This is particularly evident in the living area which approaches the balancing act by splitting the two down the middle in an almost literal fashion. Blue French panels with matte gold-painted wooden beading decorate the wall behind the larger of the two blue velvet sofas, giving the space a dash of the classically-influenced modern luxury concept. On the opposite side, the television panel is made of sande plywood which gives it a rustic appeal thanks to its natural wood grain.
Nearby, the dining area has a much more muted take on the overall colour scheme as a way to distinguish itself and establish its own identity. A row of glass pendant lights hang over a black quartz dining table and light grey upholstered dining chairs, creating an atmosphere ideal for warm family meals. Adding to this cosy ambience is the fact that the kitchen which is right next to it has been dressed up in sande plywood panels from top to bottom with black quartz countertops to match.
In order to distinctly differentiate themselves from the rest of the home as well as each other, the bedrooms have a more brown-oriented palette but express it in varying degrees and methods. The master bedroom naturally has the most eye-catching element of them all in the form of a brown upholstered headboard panel that covers the entire wall. Sporting a Tetris pattern outlined with golden strips, it gives the room an ambience not unlike that of a luxury hotel. While understandably less striking, the other two bedrooms have their own unique characteristics such as a grey diamond-tufted headboard or a white floor-to-ceiling wardrobe.
