True to form, the entire residence not only has a very clean-cut and tidy appearance which is helped by its mostly monochrome palette but is also filled to the brim with well-kept secrets. Littered throughout it are hidden doors and compartments as well as other similarly clever design tricks that are meant to make the homeowner’s life easier in some form or fashion.
This is best exemplified with the living area which has a multifunction television cabinet that is connected to the dark grey panels behind the television itself. Aside from providing craftily-concealed hidden storage space, these panels offer another welcome surprise in the form of a movable television display that allows its position to be adjusted as needed.
Conserving space and separating the living area from the kitchen is the deceptively simple kitchen peninsula which doubles as the dining table and provides even more storage space in the form of drawers. With its black top and white side panels, it is a perfect visual match for the kitchen’s quartz countertop and shiny white cabinets. Above it is a hanging wine glass rack made out of a stylish combination of wood and metal that gives the area a touch of space-saving style.
The home’s established design trend of concealed elements is naturally also present in the master bedroom which had the door to its en-suite bathroom so effortlessly disguised that it is more likely to be mistaken as the wardrobe door. Not to be outdone, the other two bedrooms have their own nifty secrets in the form of hidden compartments tucked away in their raised platform floors. One bedroom’s raised platform sports large drawers while the other boasts a compartment for storing luggage that can only be described as a cupboard laid on its back under the bed.
