It’s rare to find colleagues you can click with, and eventually starting a firm together because of such compatibility, is where fate and destiny probably were responsible for. Allen realised that many architects are concerned about form and space, but not so towards how interior design would affect it as well. As for WeiWei, she was largely influenced by her father during her younger days, which led her to take on the interior designing route. 

Their signature style is simple luxury, and WeiWei usually gets her inspiration from her travels while Allen looks to the exteriors of buildings. Perhaps their biggest challenge is to find employees that are equally loyal and determined like them. The duo each has their dream project; WeiWei wants to design a large space using traditional Chinese layout where every family would have their separate entrances. Allen, on the other hand, wants to design an AirBnb hostel for backpackers to converge.
