Good friends are hard to find, and it’s even rarer to find the ones you can partner up with for a business, but Syahir Ali and Wani Wagiman proves this can be done. Both of them have their own unique tastes and experiences, yet sharing the same design ethos. Kort Studio was founded based on that and although it is still in its infancy stage, they already have their signature style: minimalism at its finest. 

Syahir believes that the core of interior design starts with a line, where it is used to create the height, width or even the appearance of activity. Where Wani’s dream project is to design a hotel, Syahir wants to build an underground house where the swimming pool sits above the house. Their next step together is to steer Kort Studio in the direction of achieving some brand recognition and winning awards.
