A world-renowned mark of undisputed excellence, the International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry around the globe, encompassing Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, the UK and the USA.

Long but fruitful, the project’s journey actually began with a win at the Regional Property Awards in Bangkok back in April 2024, followed by recognition at the Asia Pacific Property Awards during IPAXGLOBAL and finally at the International Property Awards in February 2025.
