As conceptualists and co-founders of ST Concepts, Simon Yew and Terrence Tang are all aware of the importance of design, especially since the former having close to 17 years of experience in the industry. Simon’s design roots can be traced back to his high school days where he wanted to be a fashion designer too, but eventually settled for interior design because of its potential.

In addition to commercial and residential projects, ST Concepts is among the handful of interior design firms that also has refurbished a private yacht. In Malaysia, there are only a handful of companies that does design and build for yachts and they are proud to be one of them. Speaking of Simon’s dream project, it’s a Moroccan safari vibe as it would be a radical way to shake the industry and prepare homeowners as well as interior designers to welcome liberal designs that challenge the conventional.
