As co-founders of the award-winning Nu Infinity, Nick Fong, Alex Lee and Leslie Cheng pride themselves of the word-of-mouth advertising that happens among their clients. They come from different backgrounds but brought in each of their diverse strengths into the company. Currently, they are specialising in residential projects, and they are skilled in bringing the clients’ personality into the design too.
Creatives usually have a reputation for eccentricity but this is also the exact challenge that the trio face, in order to retain their staff. In Nu Infinity, they are all encouraged to follow the 60-30-10 rule, where 60% of their time should be spent at work, 30% on teaching and the rest on mastering knowledge.
