Wolfgang Hegner, who believes varying interpretations of “Episode” is affected by the different mood and perspectives of the person. He decided to go with a Chinese and Western food menu that features a healthy mix of herbs and spices besides stressing an importance of altering moods through good food.

1 Colonial design
Episode’s interior is decorated with a colonial design featuring the perfect balance between European and Oriental pieces in order to reflect the uniqueness of the menu.

2 Attention to detail
Every single piece of decor and furniture were handpicked by Wolfgang himself. As for its finishing touches, Wolfgang decorated the restaurant with art pieces inspired by the Chinese empire. Wolfgang also sources for the food ingredients used in his restaurant by himself, ensuring that each dish served excites the palate yet benefits the body.

3 Cross-cultural design
Asian cuisines such as Taiwanese cooking and American food became the inspiration of his restaurant and its menu.
